Rail Transit Costs
A problem in BC is that people associate rail transit with the extremely costly Skytrain and Broadway subway projects.
We should look at the success of places like France, Spain, Finland, Waterloo, and some surface rail transit in the US, where many projects are built inexpensively, and reasonably quickly.
